Portal Login Issues

Issues have now been resolved. This was due to external communications limiting access to a small set of services and actions on the Portal. All other services, including the apps, continued to run as expected - and there was no risk to data processing at all. Thanks for your patience whilst we investigated and resolved the issues. Some users were experiencing login issues this morning due to reCAPTCHA fails - users already logged in were unaffected. This issue was mitigated and we are continuing to monitor the situation. Sorry for the inconvenience.
