We have identified the issue affecting portal issues, and currently working on a fix.

We are currently seeing reports of delays regenerating/downloading reports from existing submissions from the record view in the Portal. All other operations (new forms/reports etc. continue to work as normal). We are currently investigating and will keep you updated.

The updates apply to the Portal, API and Web Forms. You may see brief, intermittent interruptions to these around 15:00 while the updates are applied. The Mobile App and Web App are not affected and will continue to capture data as normal.
